As a client
- The client’s organisational (organisation name, address, URL and key business and contact information) and individual’s data (first/last name and email) will be stored securely on our system for the purpose of managing the service.

We may contact you for marketing purposes if you have consented to receive our email newsletter or if you have made an enquiry regarding our services. We do not use your data in a way you would find intrusive and you have the right to stop us from contacting you by unsubscribing from future marketing activities at any time by clicking on the applicable unsubscribe link in our email.

- to assist you in answering any questions or queries you may have submitted
